Four Legacies Mortgage is a mortgage planning firm in West Des Moines, Iowa.  We help our clients select the home financing that best suits their family’s long term goals.  We offer both purchase and refinance financing opportunities for our clients. 

As mortgage planners, we meet with our clients and really get to know them.  No, not in a creepy way.. but in a way that you know that we care.  We know that your home is a very important part of your life and we want you to know that it is financed with a plan in place.  We also don't want you to have to worry about watching the markets and determining the perfect 'window of time' to refinance.  This is why we not only help you PLAN your mortgage, but we also help you MANAGE your mortgage!  Before you can ask.. no, the management is free.. it doesn't cost you anything.

Four Legacies was founded with a passion to educate and promote fiscal literacy.  Not only do we offer mortgage planning services with competitive rates and fees, but we offer on-going seminars free to the public! We truely do operate on a 100% referral business.  We believe in delivering great information to educate our friends (clients), so they understand what the heck is going on in the market.
